• Gregory - improve accessibility/validation of html4all Mailman interface pages (info, options, archives) and get things set up in collaboration with RobB or John, by 11 November 2007.
• RobB or John - give Gregory needed Mailman administrative privileges by (please fill in the date). Gregory needs access to make direct accessibility/validation changes to the html4all mailman interface pages.
• RobB or John - edit Mailman's welcome email that new list subscribers receive by (please fill in the date). Add text asking them to be sure to read guidelines, policy and on-topic/off-topic pages.
• RobB or John- Verify Mailman configurations by (please fill in the date). Check to see if it can filter out swear words, out of office messages, read receipts. Contact Eric Meyer if needed to compare notes.
• Patrick - customize the CSS to compliment the logo in the Wiki (and if it works out on the mailman interface pages) by (please fill in the date).
• RobB - incorporate new CSS into the Wiki (and if it works out on the mailman interface pages) by (please fill in the date).
• John - draft press release by (please fill in the date); finalize by (please fill in the date).
• - put a copy of the press release in the Wiki within 24 hours after it is final.
• John and others - announce public opening by (please fill in the date...after the above items are completed).

• John - Set up the Server.
• RobB - Accepted webmaster; wiki sysop, list admin positions.
• John and RobB - Set up Mailman.
• John and RobB - Set up the Wiki.
• RobB - Created initial Wiki framework and content.
• Gez - Developed founders survey tool.
• Laura and Gez - Created founder surveys for Mission Statement, Logos, List Guidelines, Moderation Policy, Vision Statement, Goals and Objectives, Tasks, Mailing Lists Use.
• Josh, Patrick, Leif, Laura, Rob and Phil - Created a selection of possible logos).
• Phil, Josh, Catherine, Laura - collaborated with the other Founders and reached consensus on the Mission Statement.
• Patrick's logo - achieved consensus and was selected as official html4all logo.
• Gregory, Catherine, and Phil - collaborated with other Founders and reached consensus on the List Moderation Policy and List Guidelines.
• Laura - accepted wiki gardener/sysop position.
• Josh, Catherine - accepted list monitor positions.
• Laura - contacted Russ Weakley and Eric Meyer for list advise.
• Laura - set up list monitors email account and sample messages.
• Laura - collaborated with other Founders and reached consensus on the Vision Statement.
• Laura - collaborated with other Founders and reached consensus on the Goals and Objectives.
• Laura with founders input from the survey and collaboration - drafted an Appropriate Subjects for the Wiki and List document.
