[html4all] Image uploads available

Hello 4All,

OK, so image uploads are now available. Hint, make sure the image  
filename extension is et to the right value for the image file type.  
The Wiki software does not provide any nice error checking to help  
understand that error.

I re-did one image so far. I'll try to get to do the other images  
soon. Basically the all need to be donwloaded, then uploaded to the  
siki and then re-added to the page with the [[Image:srcURI|alt-text]]  
syntax.
