[html4all] Announcement: Public feedback on HTML Design Principles

According to the Nov 16 HTML WG meeting minutes [1] those of you not
in the HTML 5 Working Group, but who are interested in providing
comments on the HTML 5 Design Principles [2], should send them to
public-html-comments at w3.org.

Past working group surveys [3] [4] on the document and related history
[5] are available.

The public comments list also has an archive [6].
