I am announcing this group which has now started and might interest you.
It will be working on a document about the accessibility aspects of the
Mobile Web Best Practices.

The scope of the TF is to produce a document containing a mapping between
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 (WCAG) and the Mobile Web Best
Practices (MWBP). A very preliminary outline draft of the mapping document
is publicly available [1]. The TF is member-only but there is a public
mailing list [2] that you can use to comment.
