[html4all] Better AT user testing of table features

I specificly asked James to remove the complext texts in each table 
(repeated header cell texts) - as I thought it would only get in the 
way when testing with AT UAs.

But he only did so via CSS (display:none). Is this good enough that it 
isn't read by aural UAs?
