[html4all] The social context of HTML

Hi guys and gals,

I have added a piece to the wiki on the social context of HTML, please
feel free to edit/add/cut.
I hope its not too grand and this is just a draft but it's the kind of
stance I feel comfortable making. Being a punk rock hippy n all.

In some ways it's a personal statement but I hope the sentiment
resonates with the rest of the group but I also appreciate that it may
not, and thats cool also.
