Introduction
List of issues for discussion, please feel free to add details. At this early stage the list is not by any means definitive or indicative of any consensus, it is merely a list of areas of contention in my (Steve Faulkner's) mind in relation to the current HTML 5 specification. It is hoped in the days, months and years to come that these areas of contention will be more fully discussed and researched, until a consensus can be reached and solutions implemented in HTML 5 where needed.

Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA)
Ian Hickson recently stated: "as far as i can tell, there isn't anything in wairole that isn't catered for by html5" It would be good to check the veracity of this claim in order to identify the areas (if any) where the current HTML 5 spec falls short.
