[html4all] Using the wiki

Hi Gregory,

On the issue of HTML markup on the wiki, I'm still investigating  
this. My understanding is that if I turn it on the way you had  
suggested there's two side-effects I don't want. One is the need to  
wrap HTMl in <html> tags. The other is that it enables all HTML even  
potentially insecure parts we just don't need for wiki users.  So  
instead I'm trying to investigate how to change the HTML whitelist  
which is what I understand determines what HTML is allowed. Basically  
I was thinking of adding just about anything valid as a descendant of  
the body element except <script>,  <noscript>, and the frame related  
elements. If anyone has any thoughts on that, let me know.
