I'm aware of serious interest in designing such a system, which would include
making provision for styling braille and audio output as well. I'll let you
know if the people who are planning to write it obtain the necessary resources
(in particular, funding) to go ahead with it.

It wouldn't be completed in the next two years, but of course, given an
adequate time horizon, two years are insignificant.
