Doesn't this pre-suppose that all manipulation
of a graphical 2-space can be adequately described
in words ?  With the best will in the world,
I can imagine complex animations that would
defeat most of us to describe ...

Would you talk me through your reading of the draft
spec. in support of that ?  I would like to belive
that it is true, but failed to find evidence in
the draft spec. as currently written.
