Good idea. Advise everyone?

IMHO, I like Lief's idea of active headings (like yours) with
explanation text (like Greg's) for each point.

Users do not read on the Web; instead they scan, trying to pick out a
few sentences or even parts of sentences to get the information they
want. So the headings will be what most folks pick up on. But if they
want further information, or if we need to point things out, details
would be available.
