Were there any particular messages that provoked this reminder ?
If so, is it safe to assume that the individual(s) involved have
already been cautioned privately ?  I ask because I have not seen
any messages that appeared to contravene the guidelines, and
therefore either I've missed something, or I misunderstand
the guidelines, or I am the guilty party myself !
